Customised

Your carpet is woven by hand according to ancient tradition. Usually several specialists work on a carpet over a period of 3-4 weeks.

Our carpets are all very easy to care for and robust. Natural wool has a high fat content (wool fat lanolin) and therefore has a dirt and water-repellent effect. Regular vacuum cleaning is enough to keep your carpet fresh and clean. Just make sure you don't use a vacuum cleaner with a blow bar or rotating brush, which could damage the fibers of the carpet.

During the first few days, some excess wool may come out of your carpet. This is normal so far and there is no reason to worry. Repeated vacuuming can also help here.

Small, superficial stains can be treated with a clean, undyed cloth, lukewarm water and natural soap. Please refrain from using chemical cleaning agents, as these attack the natural protective layer of the wool and can cause irreversible discoloration and hardening. For large, more stubborn stains, we recommend contacting us for a professional report. If you don't need an assessment, you can also book your carpet cleaning directly online.

We do not charge any costs for deliveries worldwide. As soon as your carpet leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number so that you can track your shipment.
