All of our carpets are very easy to care for and robust. Natural wool has a high proportion of essential oils and therefore has a dirt-repellent effect.

The carpets like to be vacuumed regularly, that's all they need.


It happens that our carpets initially shed excess wool from production. This problem is solved after several vacuum cleanings.


Do not use a vacuum cleaner with a beater bar or rotating brush.


A small stain on the carpet can be removed with a clean, undyed cloth, a little water and natural soap.


If you have stubborn stains, please contact us. We will analyze the situation and put you in touch with a carpet cleaning specialist. You can also book a cleaning online with us.


Please DO NOT use harsh chemicals for cleaning. This may cause discoloration or hardening of the wool which cannot be reversed.

All custom-made items and special orders are excluded from the right of return.
Once you have entered into a purchase agreement, you can cancel it until 7:00 a.m. the next day and get your money back.
